The employees of Independent Consumers Union (ICU) were in trainings of USAID for giving quality mark gold, silver, platinum to production enterprises.

In the future time ICU will provide promotional support to provide consumers with safe food goods. Food production facilities which applicable to modern standards and safe for consumers (HACCP) will be awarded the quality mark the silver, gold or platinum in case of positive results by a group of ICU trained in USAID. ICU maintaining public control and regular engagement over the production enterprises will inform to consumers about the quality safety of produced goods.

            At present, the first phase of training ended.
