Concluding agreement with monopolist organizations (electric, gas energy, water equipment, ACED and etc.) attains strict significance under contradictory discrepancy conditions between quality, safety and price of services. We think that in given agreement to consumers by these organizations the following conditions must be reflected:- Date and place where agreement is concluded
- Name and legal address of parties
- Essence of agreement
Obligations of supplier (executor):
- Guarantee for incessant, safe and qualitative service
- Free installation meter (if it is need)
- Instruction of consumer
- Presentation of tax notifications (every month)
- Guarantee for settings, equipments, communication lines and other things under balance belongings
- Guarantee for participating of consumer in documentation about violation.
Obligations of consumer:
- Observing corresponding rules during consumption
- Compensation of service value every month (during 10 days)
- Making opportunity for supplier (executor) for looking through meter (if it is need)
- Responsibility for correctly exploitation of settings, equipments, communication lines and other things under balance belongings
- Written informing supplier (executor) about any indisposition, incomprehensibility, as well as un-dwelling
- Informing corresponding state bodies about accidents, fires, human damages
Special clauses:
- force-majeur
- Priorities of independent examination
- Inadmissibility of illegal acts
- responsibility for unfulfilling obligations
- Settlement ways of arguments (mediation, arbitrage, court and etc.)
