According to Article 389.1 of Civil Code of Azerbaijan Republic “Understanding between two or more persons about defining, changing and finishing of civil rights and duties is agreement”. It’s also entering into an agreement with 2nd party (seller, executor, producer) for compensate consumer’s needs.
